Account and sign-in
- After registration, open the email verification link; check both your inbox and spam folder.
- If you forgot your password, use the password reset flow on the sign-in screen.
- For two-factor authentication or device-access problems, email support with your account username; never include a password or code.
Notifications and calls
- In iOS Settings → Notifications → AlphaMessage, make sure notifications are allowed.
- For voice or video calls, check microphone and camera access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
- If the issue occurs only on one network, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data and try again.
Messages, media, and backups
Messages and attachments are end-to-end encrypted. The server cannot read message content or restore lost local message history. When changing devices, use the encrypted backup and device-management options in the app.
Abuse and safety
You can block and report a user from their profile. If there is an immediate danger or suspected illegal activity, also contact the appropriate local authorities.
Privacy and account deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Profile → Security → Delete account.
